The Agreement:
I/We request that the Studio of Loving impressions be our exclusive photographer for this event. I/we therefore agree to abide by THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE listed below.

                                          
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Booking/Payment and Release:
In order to achieve booking.   I/We have made a non-refundable security deposit to hold our date. The balance due is to be paid thirty (30) days prior to event date.  Cancellation by customer or failure to make any scheduled payment on time shall release Loving Impressions from any and all obligations to perform m any service and result in total forfeiture of any money previously paid toward event any returned check shall constitute cancellation of services by customer. Postponements shall be considered cancellations unless the newly selected date

Fees/Prices:
Current prices are made a part of this contract here of.  Additional proofs may be added to photography package contracted for at $5 each, only after payment for contracted package is received.  Fees and prices are not guaranteed beyond ninety (90) days from the event contracted for. In the case of postponement of the event beyond the ninety (90) days from original contract date, Loving Impressions reserves the right to adjust fee / prices upward to their current published rates.  Travel time and mileage will be charged for events outside the fifty (50) mile radius. Waiting time caused by coverage interruptions will be billed as extra time at Loving Impressions published rate.
Loving Impressions may require extra meetings as necessary. Attendance is important. The client should expect to communicate with Loving Impressions. Loving Impressions may call client throughout the period prior to the wedding.

Ordering:
Wedding photographs are printed to Loving Impressions criterion standards and priced accordingly. They maybe cropped to some degree, but all retouching and printed enhancement will be done at additional coast (see current portrait price list.)

Previews:
All previews remain the property of Loving Impressions until they are purchased in full. Failure to return wedding previews within the agreed period shall release Loving Impressions from any and all obligation to complete any wedding albums or books. Any extensions of time shall be documented in writing and signed by doth parties.

Reprint Orders:
All reprint orders placed by the customer require payment in full. Loving Impressions is not responsible for any order left beyond sixty (60) days of client notification via phone or regular mail. Recorder will be immune from price increases for a period of ninety (90) days from delivery of album. $25.00 service charge will be added to any returned checks.
Loving Impressions is not responsible for any reprints and/or enlargement order when the contracting party gives us the incorrect negative number.

Retention of Negatives:
Unfortunately, space does not allow us to indefinitely save negatives for which the customer has demonstrated no interest in Loving Impressions will endeavor to keep all negatives on file for a period of five (5) years.

Liability:
In the event that Loving Impressions fails to comply with the terms of this agreement. Loving Impressions SOLE LIBILITY shall be the return of fees paid. Loving Impressions shall in no way be liable under the terms of this agreement for its failure to perform any act in the event of strikes, walkouts, cancellation of any other agreement, picket lines, or any act beyond our direct contact which makes it impossible to take, process or deliver photographs contracted for.

Cooperation:
I/We agree that we are responsible for the conduct of wedding guest. NO OTHER CAMERAS ARE TO BE USED DURING WEDDING CEREMONY. This may cause damage to photographs and Loving Impressions will not be held liable. Unchecked guest conduct which interferes with photographic coverage may result in the departure of Loving Impressions staff or damaged photos. No refunds will result. Loving Impressions staff are professionals and must be treated courtesy and respect.

Right Of Withdrawal:
Our discovery of new information, changes or other factors tending to circumvent our policies could result in are withdrawal. Non-cooperation, change in location, facilities, time available or missed appointments are examples of contributing factors which may influence our decision to withdrawal. Should the studio initiate the withdrawal, fees paid will be returned, excepting fair market value for services/products already provided.

Quality/completeness:
Loving Impressions takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, processing and delivery of it photographs. Loving Impressions shall in no way be liable under the terms of this agreement for failure to perform because of any act beyond our direct control. ANY LIST IS ONLY A GUIDE AND NOT A GUARANTEE OR SPECIFIC PHOTOGRAPH(S) CAPTURED.

Model Release:
Retention of Loving Impressions implies consent of all to use the resulting photography for samples, advertising and profession exhibit(s) and competition in the absence of a written agreement.

 Copyright:
Possession or ownership of professionally created photographs DOES NOT Grant the right to make copies. Copying constitutes theft services. All of our work Professional paper and can not be scanned. All packages now came with DVD.

Photographer Assignment:
Loving Impressions is the primary photographer, but reserve the right to assign another experienced individual to any client from Loving Impressions in the event of an emergency, it could be necessary to retain a different photographer.
